Clear expectations for every delegate

These terms are intended to provide a clear and consistent framework for registration, attendance and participation at events organised or presented by IMAF.

Registration & Payment

Registration is confirmed only after successful payment through the authorised payment gateway. Delegate passes are non-transferable unless approved by IMAF.

Cancellation & Refunds

Registration fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or specifically communicated by IMAF. If the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond IMAF's reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, public health emergencies or other force majeure events, no refund will be due. If the event is cancelled directly due to material mismanagement or a personal reason attributable to the host, IMAF will either process a refund or announce revised event dates, as communicated to registered delegates.

Event Changes

IMAF reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, sessions, venue arrangements or programme where reasonably necessary.

Photography & Media

The event may be photographed, filmed and recorded for documentation, promotional, editorial and marketing purposes.

Delegate Conduct & Liability

Delegates are expected to maintain professional conduct. IMAF reserves the right to restrict access in cases of inappropriate behaviour. Delegates are responsible for their personal belongings and individual travel arrangements.
